FCB Consulting believes that one of the best methods to improve a company's productivity, efficiency, product or service quality, and employee safety is to ensure that employees are properly trained prior to being placed into the production process. Further, in order to be in compliance with OSHA regulatory requirements, employees must receive safety training on a number of mandatory topics on an annual basis. FCB Consulting can provide training classes on-site at your facility or at an off-site location of your choice. We can structure a class schedule that provides sessions during off-shift hours, and/or weekends, so that the training has a minimum disruption and impact on your daily production operations. FCB Consulting's training programs utilize in-house developed MicroSoft PowerPoint Presentations that incorporate video clips and animation to provide an entertaining, and attention holding, means to deliver the required safety topic knowledge to class students.
